Terms & Conditions:
1. We only Rent props and we don’t undertake any fixing and removing of setups. Above charges indicate only rental amount for the props.
2. Please refer the Items and Pickup/ Return Date as its mentioned correctly in the order as per your requirement. Dispatch will be done based on order sheet.
3. Please ensure to use the items carefully and return them in the condition in which you received them. Packing materials (Boxes and Bubble wraps) comes along with fragile stuff should be returned along with the items.
4. Any damage to the props rented will be charged to the client by deducting from the refundable deposit and in case if the cost of the damage exceeds the refundable deposit amount, client is required to settle the difference immediately.
5. Any damages upon receiving the items should be informed immediately with photographs, any complaints made after the event will not be entertained.
6. We don’t have own transport, but we can arrange via 3rd party delivery contacts on prior notice. Charges of the same can be directly negotiated with the delivery vendor. Delivery and pickup charges should be borne by the client.
7. There will be a security deposit in addition to the rental amount of props, which can be refunded either via cash at our location or through bank transfer within 2 to 3 working days.
8. Our operating hours are between 9.30 am to 6 pm, thus Delivery/collection from the location and pickup/drop off to the location will be entertained only within the above mentioned time. Prior notice should be given to adjust on the above timings in case of any emergency.
9. An advance payment required to confirm the orders and in the the event of cancellation, advance or can be transferred to a future date and will not be refunded.
10. Items will be released or handed over to delivery only upon FULL PAYMENT
